Those are manufacturer claims; we have not measured absorbency or compared every competing brand. The feature that is easiest to assess for yourself is the perforation pattern. If your household often uses a full sheet for a tiny spill, a smaller section can be more convenient.
A roll that lets you select sheet size does not automatically lower your household’s paper use. Habits still matter. A reusable cloth may be better for routine dry wiping, while a disposable towel can be practical for greasy or messy cleanups.
